We are so looking forward to tomorrow (Wednesday 1st October) for our first session of Bromley Community Music Hub with Intergenerational Music Making!

We will be welcoming children from a local school for a heart-warming music class designed for people with dementia and children to create music together.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:

This Wednesday 3rd September we are being joined by the wonderful Hsin Healing for a gentle chair yoga session.

We will also have the usual fun and chat with refreshments.

Such a lovely morning at today’s cafe.
We had new colouring sheets of Alexandra Nurseries from the SE20 Art Group.

Beautiful fiddle blankets from the wonderful Anne Hill and flowers from Kate Armstrong.

Julie did a wonderful job as master Bingo Caller and we even had a very intense game of ‘Higher or Lower’. nothing for a Pair….not in this game!!

Lots of laughter and fun and great company.

Looking forward to seeing you all next month.

We had a lovely morning at the cafe today.
The wonderful Beckenham The Good Afternoon Choirs entertained us and we had a good singalong.
Thank you Bev McGarey and team!

We also had a very informative talk from Bromley Trading Standards about keeping safe from scams.

We celebrated a 70th Birthday and there was lots of cake and happy faces.

We are back this Wednesday 2nd July, 10.30-12 at Avenue Baptist Church.

This month we have the local branch of The Good Afternoon Choirs led by Bev McGarey from Woodland Mindfulness entertaining us.

We also have a visit from Bromley Trading Standards who will be helping us keep safe from scams!

There will even be Birthday Cake! It’s looking to be cooler on Wednesday so come and chill with us! 💙💜
