Hsin Healing Hi, my name is Hsin(Shin). I am a Yoga/Qigong/Pranayama teacher and holistic counsellor in Beckenham/Bromley.

My classes are for nurturing holistic well-being, including body, mind, and spirit. “Feel Good, Move Better, Love Yourself: Your Guide to a Healthier Life.”

Growing up in a traditional family, I was accustomed to obeying rules and hearing the phrase “it’s for your own good” from my parents. But as a teenager, I started to crave freedom and a deeper understanding of myself and my purpose. Since th

en, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. As a yoga instructor, counselor, and Reiki healer, I am committed to guiding individuals on their paths to greater self-awareness, confidence, and well-being. My approach to healing is holistic, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each person. Through 1-1 private sessions, I work closely with my clients to develop personalized plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical pain, emotional stress, or spiritual disconnection, I tailor each experience to support your healing journey. In addition to private sessions, I also lead small classes and workshops in the Beckenham, West Wickham, and Bromley areas. Recently, during a private session, we paused mid-movement, and I gently asked,
“What are you feeling?”
That question opened the door to a memory from his teenage years. Together we explored not just the body, but the story it was holding. ✨ “I never imagined yoga could bring up something so deep. It was powerful.”– Client feedback.
This is the essence of my private sessions—bespoke, intuitive, and grounded in presence.

They all take into consideration a person's well-being. The aim of these services is to help us connect with our inner-self, develop self-awareness, understand our essence and find the meaning in our life. These approaches offer to each individual the opportunity to live a divine life in harmony with the inextricable laws of nature. Counseling allows me to develop self-awareness, connect with my feelings and inner being. Reiki helps me to connect with the Universe and bring positive energy around me. Yoga practice is a way to find the stillness and freedom in the body.
