As the year travels towards its end and the Winter chill creeps in closer, my yoga classes turn their attention towards NOURISHMENT.
Movement sessions that nourish the body, heart and mind through longer holds, softer edges, slower flows and deeper breaths.
After a grounding asana practice, we will make time for soothing breath work, deeply relaxing yoga Nidra and my personal favorite; Restorative Week. Held once a month in all my yoga classes. (The next one is w/c 15th Dec. My last classes before Christmas.)
If you’re craving calm, connection, or simply an hour to yourself before the busy festive season begins, you’re always welcome to join us.
