“Saying goodbye to Jacob, our 14-year-old Labrador, was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. He wasn’t just a pet — he was a member of our family for every one of those 14 years, and we needed to know he would be treated with the love and dignity he deserved. Loyal and Loved gave us exactly that, and more.

From the very first contact, Paige was so warm, patient, and understanding. She never made us feel rushed or like we were just another booking — she genuinely cared, and that came through in every word. When we collected Jacob’s ashes, Nick was there to meet us, and his compassion and calm presence made what could have been an overwhelming moment feel peaceful and right.
We chose the Tribute box for Jacob to come home in, and the quality is simply beautiful. It feels worthy of him — something we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. But what really moved us were the little extras we weren’t fully prepared for: ink paw prints, a lock of his hair preserved in a bottle, and a card. Each one of those things means the world to us, and they show just how much thought Loyal and Loved puts into every family they help.

You can tell that Nick and Paige do this work because they truly care about animals and the people who love them. They handled Jacob with complete respect from start to finish, and they handled us with just as much kindness.
