I am having a very difficult week but I just received an email from a neurodivergent client who said “I did it”. They managed to attend a social event despite their lingering anxiety and I couldn’t be prouder. These “Yay” moments are what keeps me going when I enter the spiral of self-doubt (yes, even us therapists have low moments). Therapy does make a difference. 💜
