Two months into Mounjaro and I have started to eat like a Frenchwoman. Coffee and toasted sourdough for breakfast, then one other meal, lunch or dinner, say steak frites and a salad and a glass of wine, then maybe a piece of cheese and another glass of wine.

Sclerotherapy involves injecting a chemical solution directly into the varicose or spider vein. The solution causes the vein walls to swell, stick together and seal shut, stopping the flow of blood. As a result, the vein fades within a few weeks.
The results of sclerotherapy are both permanent and temporary. These results can be permanent because veins that are treated will fade away, but because new spider of varicose veins can develop over time, the results are also temporary.
You'll feel the needle pinch your skin, and possibly a mild burning feeling. You may feel mild discomfort when the injection goes into your veins. In larger veins, you may feel cramping for a minute or two during the injection.
Many cases of spider and varicose veins can be treated with a single sclerotherapy treatment session. However, larger, more complicated cases may need several.
Optimal results will happen after two to four treatments, with most patients achieving over 80% elimination of the targeted spider or varicose veins.
This solution has an approximately 95% success rate in removing small varicose veins, as well as spider veins .
If you have an infection on the skin, a history of certain clotting issues or blood clots that require regular attention then you may also be unsuitable for this treatment.
You may have bruising on your legs for 10 to 14 days after your treatment. This is normal. You may also have some swelling (inflammation) or red raised patches of skin. This is normal and usually lasts 7 to 14 days after your treatment. Your veins may look darker in color, be slightly sore or both
