Accountability demands action, and progress takes time.
I wanted to share my journey to motivate anyone out there who might be struggling or looking for that extra push to keep going. I’m now four months into a plan that has taken me from 83 kg down to 74 kg — no magical shortcuts, just consistent hard work and a plan I stick to every day.
One of the tools I use along the way is frequent cryotherapy. It helps relieve the aches and pains that come with training, and as a bonus, it can burn up to 800 calories per session, supporting my weight loss goals even further.
My focus has been on becoming healthier both physically and mentally, and I’d love to share what I’m learning with you. I’ll soon be launching a dedicated Health and Fitness page with tips and insights on building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Stay tuned!
