💦 Replaces fluids lost through sweat – Especially during intense or prolonged training.

🌡️ Regulates body temperature – Prevents overheating and heat-related illnesses.

⚡ Supports muscle function – Helps with contraction, coordination and reduces risk of cramps.

Zone B - 10:00-10:45 - Embrace the Pause Yin Yoga aimed at all ages and abilities with Alannah from BodyWise.
Embrace the Pause is a practice for those who crave the serenity in stillness. The practice will include longer holds in each pose, targeting the body’s deep connective tissues. We will be quietening the mind, using breathwork and meditation, suitable for all abilities.

❗️New ❗️Yin Yoga & Assisted Stretching Workshop🧘🏻‍♀️

Friday 14th March 6:30pm - 8pm.

In this workshop, we will explore slow and deliberate yin yoga poses focusing on longer holds and breath work. Targeting our connective tissues and deepening our flexibility, mobility and range of movement.

I will be providing hands on adjustments and assisted techniques to enhance your practice.

Assisted stretching is a great way to allow us to stretch in a safe and comfortable range of movement. Whilst making sure we are feeling the stretch and relaxing in the right places.

So you can focus on your breath and fully enjoy the stretch and release ☺️

Each pose is tailored to the individual, their needs, ability and restrictions.

This is a great way to unwind after a busy week 😴

Open to everyone, even those who haven’t been to a class or workshop before!
This is a mat based class.

Happy New Year Everybody! 🎊 The clinic is back open as of yesterday and we are ready to go!

I thought I’d take this opportunity to re-share our class timetable and the availability we have.

Our chair yoga classes are for those who would prefer to either be seated rather than come down on to the mat.
**That is not to say we sit all the time**
For example, we may use the chair as a prop to hold on to, working on our balance. I can provide lots of variations throughout, so you can find the right poses for you and your body!

Our Vinyasa classes are mat based, with a little bit more strength and fluidity. Vinyasa is a “flow” form of yoga which means we move into and out of poses. (Not holding poses for long periods). Suitable for beginners or experienced yogis - again, lots of variations can be given to suit your ability.

All equipment is provided by us with all classes. 10% discount is available on a block booking of 6 classes.

I also have a few slots available for 1-1 yoga, if you’d prefer some extra care and focus.
Would be suitable for those who are absolute beginners and would like an introduction to yoga. Or for those who are dealing with a specific injury / issue or goal that you would like some guidance with.
