Happy New Year Everybody! 🎊 The clinic is back open as of yesterday and we are ready to go!
I thought I’d take this opportunity to re-share our class timetable and the availability we have.
Our chair yoga classes are for those who would prefer to either be seated rather than come down on to the mat.
**That is not to say we sit all the time**
For example, we may use the chair as a prop to hold on to, working on our balance. I can provide lots of variations throughout, so you can find the right poses for you and your body!
Our Vinyasa classes are mat based, with a little bit more strength and fluidity. Vinyasa is a “flow” form of yoga which means we move into and out of poses. (Not holding poses for long periods). Suitable for beginners or experienced yogis - again, lots of variations can be given to suit your ability.
All equipment is provided by us with all classes. 10% discount is available on a block booking of 6 classes.
I also have a few slots available for 1-1 yoga, if you’d prefer some extra care and focus.
Would be suitable for those who are absolute beginners and would like an introduction to yoga. Or for those who are dealing with a specific injury / issue or goal that you would like some guidance with.
