Zone B - 10:00-10:45 - Embrace the Pause Yin Yoga aimed at all ages and abilities with Alannah from BodyWise.
Embrace the Pause is a practice for those who crave the serenity in stillness. The practice will include longer holds in each pose, targeting the bodyโ€™s deep connective tissues. We will be quietening the mind, using breathwork and meditation, suitable for all abilities.
