Weeks 5-8 covered an always difficult summer holidays for players, but as amazing as they all are, we have rolled on with the weight loss and individual achievements. Bring on week 9-14 as the kids go back to school and dad time goes a little back to man time.

Heartbreaking news. Sending condolences to all at Luton man v fat and thoughts and prayers to the family.

Today is a sad day for the Luton MANvFAT family after the loss of our dear friend, Iain McGregor.

Iain was a teammate, coach and great friend to many of us Luton MANvFAT, he was always ready to help and support someone and give advice when they were struggling, he'd never put anyone down but was always the first to pick people up.

Iain left us peacefully yesterday, yet his absence leaves a significant void where his kind presence will be deeply missed.

All our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this undoubtedly difficult time.

Bedford Man v Fat return to action this week after the Easter Bank Holiday with the first round of cup fixtures. No doubt everyone will be eager to get back into playing again and burning off those Easter Eggs 👀

Despite having a few key players missing Bedford man v faf travelled to for a league fixture and ran out comfortable 13-0 winners. Bedford continue their great run of form as the push towards the top of table. Bedford have a week off before some huge games before the end of the season. Shout out to everyone who travelled on Easter Sunday.
