💚 Celebrating Our Carers of the Month – January & February 💚
At GoodOaks Homecare Bedford, we are incredibly proud of the compassionate and dedicated people who make up our team. Today we’re delighted to celebrate our Carers of the Month for January and February.
🌟 January - Wendy
As one of our longest-serving team members, Wendy consistently demonstrates the GoodOaks PRIDE values in everything she does. She works diligently and conscientiously, always ensuring safe and effective care for her clients.
Wendy has also demonstrated excellent initiative by providing valuable feedback to help further strengthen our internal systems and processes - a great example of the professionalism, integrity and attention to detail that underpin high-quality domiciliary care in Bedford.
She always goes out of her way to help wherever she can and truly leads by example.
🌟 February – Sabirah
Sabirah has shown incredible empathy, dedication and compassion, particularly in the care and support she provided to one of our clients towards the end of his life. She supported both the client and their loved ones with kindness and professionalism during a very sensitive time.
Sabirah consistently goes above and beyond, supporting the team by picking up additional calls whenever possible. Most recently, she intervened in a life-threatening situation, remaining calm and acting quickly - her professionalism made a critical difference.
