🌟 Celebrating Our Carers: Because Superheroes Don’t Always Wear Capes! 💚

At GoodOaks, we don’t need a cape to spot a superhero - we just look at our care team! And this month, we’re doubly proud to shine a spotlight on three phenomenal carers who’ve gone above and beyond. 🙌

🎖️ Irina - Our amazing Team Leader and a guiding light for us all. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership have earned her the title of Carer of the Month - and we couldn’t be prouder! 🌳

🌱 Isabella - One of our newest recruits, but already living and breathing the GoodOaks values! Her passion, kindness, and natural talent made it impossible to choose between her and Irina - so guess what? We didn’t. She's a joint winner and absolutely smashing it! 🌟👏

👩‍⚕️ Our mysterious, humble hero who prefers to stay out of the limelight - so we’re calling her 'Florence Nightingale' (because yes, she’s that legendary) - winning the award for Exceptional Care Notes 🦸‍♀️✨

To celebrate these three stars, we had a lovely team get-together, complete with very tasty pizzas from Caprinos Pizza Bedford (yes, they were as good as they sound 🍕😋). A little lunch, a lot of laughs, and a huge thank you to the carers who make every day better.

To Irina, Isabella, and 'Florence' - and carers everywhere: You deserve more than a pat on the back. You deserve a parade… and maybe a coffee that’s still hot ☕❤️
