Changes to Appointments from 3rd March 2025

We’re making it easier for you to get the right care at the right time. From 3rd March 2025, all appointment requests will go through a Triage process to ensure fairness and quicker access to the most appropriate clinician.

💡 Use eConsult Monday to Friday 8 am to 12:30 pm for a fast and convenient way to get medical advice.

We have introduced a Total Triage System on Mondays and Fridays.

What does this mean for you?
Initial calls with our patient coordinator team.
If you need an appointment, a clinician will assess and schedule it for you.
More available appointments.
Dedicated slots post-clinical assessment for efficient care.

Come and visit our team on 19 September for our open day. We have many staff here from our PCN and our own workforce ready to answer any questions on how to access tyheir service. The hours are 14.30 - 18.30. Come along, have a chat, tea and coffee and if we get a delivery in time we will have flu vaccinations for those that want it.
