I like to offer a free consultation either via Whatsapp video, Zoom or over the phone. During this consultation, you will have an opportunity to discuss how your issues are affecting you and what you would like to gain from having therapy. You will also get an idea of how I work and the various options that are available to you. If you decide to go ahead with therapy, then
I can offer face to face or online appointments. Option 1
Therapeutic Interventions @ £60 per hour or £80 for 90mins. If you want to work at a gradual pace then I charge £60 per hour or £80 for 90mins for therapy sessions using various techniques and interventions that I have discussed on my website. We can discuss which type of therapy will work best for you and work together on either a long or short term basis depending on your needs. This way of working is excellent if you need to take things at a gentle pace and want to have the flexibility of either working on a short or long term basis. All of these techniques work with the conscious and unconscious and will result in positive changes. EFT

Reiki

Energy Healing
There are different forms of healing that creates balance in your body and mind. Energy healing sessions will balance your body field which in turn will improve your physical, mental and emotional health. This type of healing can be 'hands on' but the majority of the time it is 'hands off' as the main healing takes place in your body field; also known as your aura. META-Kinectics

6 Sessions of Structured Therapy £675
I offer Intensive Therapy Packages incorporating META-Health and advanced therapeutic techniques, which works at a deeper level and at a quicker pace. In this case, a contract will be drawn up to suit your individual needs and a therapy plan put into place. This way of working is excellent if you want to focus on the core issues that are triggering your symptoms and clear the underlying cause behind your conflict. All sessions offer deep insight and all have therapeutic value. With this in mind, sessions 1, 2 and 3 are diagnostic and focus on what is happening; sessions 4 and 5 are therapeutic and focus on changing beliefs and responses; session 6 is a coaching session and is about bringing everything together and putting it all into practice. Option 3
12 Sessions of Structured Therapy £1300
If you choose to have 12 sessions then sessions 1, 2 and 3 are diagnostic and focus on what is happening; sessions 4, 5 and 6 are therapeutic and focus on changing beliefs and responses; sessions 7, 8 and 9 are coaching sessions and are about bringing everything together and putting it all into practice; sessions 10, 11 and 12 are restorative and will support your healing and regeneration after such deep therapeutic work.
