Job offer Hi I’m Ewa, the owner and Podiatrist at the Footcare4eva Ltd established in 2019. 

The Clinic is located in the heart of Bedford market town giving easy access to transport links by train, bus etc. 

Footcare4eva Ltd is a private practice seeing private patients only.

I am  looking for a friendly, highly skilled Podiatrist to join myself and deliver a high standard of Podiatry care. 

If you are retired, semi retired or an NHS podiatrist , who is looking for a change in your professional journey? Perhaps you’re returning to the work place after a break and looking to ease back into a fulfilling career? Then this job offer is for you. 

As Footcare4eva Ltd is a single location you are not required to do domiciliary visits. No  getting stuck in traffic visiting various clinics and not knowing where you might be working next. A driving licence is not required for this role.

Requirements : 
*   Qualified Podiatrist I.E a Degree or equivalent within Podiatry
*   Recent experience within Podiatry
*   Registered with the HCPC as a Podiatrist to work in the UK
*   NHS experience would be advantageous
*   Computer literate 
*   Flexible and reliable 
*   Some Saturday availability

Thicken ingrown toenail with fungal infection, gave our client a lot of trouble for many years. All treatment options were presented and decision was to “get rid off “ troublesome nail for good.

Fungal infections, or mycosis, are diseases caused by a fungus (yeast or mold).

Fungal nail infections may cause nails to become discolored, thick, fragile, cracked, tender or painful. The nail may also become separated from the nail bed.

Verruca (plantar wart)
Verrucas are warts on the soles of our feet. They may be painful, especially when we put weight on them. Sometimes, if we have clusters of verrucas, they can fuse together. These are called mosaic warts.

Most verruca's spontaneously resolve within 2 years in children. Their immune system is incredible and will eventually destroy the virus.
In some cases however the lesion is very painful and needs professional attention.

Diabetic foot check at home. Daily routine is a must.

Look for cuts, bruises, blisters, discoloration, callus build-up, or anything abnormal.
Check between toes for small injuries and skin changes.

I always advise clients with back problems to use a mirror 👊
