Dial House is a family-run home which has been operating in Bedfordshire for over 70 years. It has an excellent reputation based on the quality of care given by the professional, fully trained staff, many of which have worked for Dial House for several years.
The house is set in a tree-lined residential road within walking distance of the town centre and railway station and has beautiful gardens which the residents are encouraged to enjoy when weather permits.
There is a combination of single, en-suite and double rooms, equipped with profiling beds and all the equipment required to offer full nursing care.
Dial House was rated 'good' by the Care Quality Commission in February 2019.
The safety of residents is paramount and all staff have training in the recognition and prevention of abuse, and in delivering care with dignity and respect.
There are two activity officers who offer a full program of events and outings and also one to one sessions with any resident who is too frail to leave their room.
All visitors to the home comment on the bright clean surroundings and the friendly atmosphere.
