This Sunday 18th Jan 8-9:30pm at The Happy Body Project in Bedfordshire we will meet for our first New Moon Ceremony of the year.

The new moon is powerful time for manifesting, planting seeds and new beginnings. In this sacred container we will focus on what we want to call in and amplify our intentions with Heka.

The new moon is when the sun and the moon are at the same place in orbit. This is the merging of masculine and feminine energy, a powerful portal between our conscious and unconscious mind. In Ancient Egypt Heka is considered to be a God, a magical system and a fundamental force of the universe. A creative energy with the power to bring words and thoughts into reality. When we combine this with the energy of the new moon we have a powerful tool for manifesting our desires.

What to expect:

🔮Card pull - pull a card from the oracle deck to receive guidance

✨Intention setting - set your intentions for the new moon cycle and time for reflection

🕯️Rituals - unique to each month you will be guided to connect to your inner wisdom and activate your Heka

👁️Guided meditation and visualisation -drop into your inner world and allow yourself to receive

🌀Shamanic journey and tuning fork healing -this is an opportunity to connect to the ancient Egyptian god Heka

🌬️Breath and movement -activate your life force energy, grounding and opening (movement optional)

Meet me here on Thursday 4th December 7-10pm at .uk for our next full moon gathering where I will be serving blue lotus tea around the fire.

This 3 hour event will include a sound bath, blue lotus tea, silent meditation, breath work, inspirational talks, time for reflection, music and mantra, plus a deliciously healthy meal.

ABOUT THE RED LOTUS

The Red Lotus symbolises purity, love, compassion, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment. Revered across ancient traditions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, it represents the triumph of the soul over adversity, the sacred blooming that rises from the mud, embodying resilience, courage, and inner strength.

The vibrant red colour resonates with the primal pulse of life itself , the energy of the root and the heart, awakening the currents of Kundalini and igniting the flame of creative power within. It is the living symbol of love in motion, devotion expressed through the senses, through feeling, through the full aliveness of being.
