Each month we will gather in the yurt for our New Moon Ceremony with Heka. The new moon is powerful time for manifesting, planting seeds and new beginnings. In this sacred container we will focus on what we want to call in and amplify our intentions with Heka.

The new moon is when the sun and the moon are at the same place in orbit. This is the merging of masculine and feminine energy, a powerful portal between our conscious and unconscious mind. In Ancient Egypt Heka is considered to be a God, a magical system and a fundamental force of the universe. A creative energy with the power to bring words and thoughts into reality. When we combine this with the energy of the new moon we have a powerful tool for manifesting our desires.

Almost 2 years ago Sarah-Jayne from slid into my spiritual dm’s, came to one of my ceremonies and we instantly clicked. Since then we have been planning to collaborate together and now stars have finally aligned and we’ve got something very special for you coming soon!

We thought we’d get together to brainstorm some ideas and make a little video to put it out there and this is what happened.. 😆 The laughter between us is contagious (but we did actually get some work done), so we thought we’d just give you a slice of us.. the raw unedited version behind the scenes because we’re all about keeping it real!

ABOUT THE RED LOTUS

The Red Lotus symbolises purity, love, compassion, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment. Revered across ancient traditions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, it represents the triumph of the soul over adversity, the sacred blooming that rises from the mud, embodying resilience, courage, and inner strength.

The vibrant red colour resonates with the primal pulse of life itself , the energy of the root and the heart, awakening the currents of Kundalini and igniting the flame of creative power within. It is the living symbol of love in motion, devotion expressed through the senses, through feeling, through the full aliveness of being.

The Red Lotus invites us to open the heart and ground that love deep into the body, harmonising heaven and earth within. It promotes inner calm, emotional balance, creativity, and vitality guiding us into remembrance of our sacred sensual nature.

When combined with Cacao, two heart medicines entwine in a dance of pure love and bliss, leading us home to our natural state of openness and connection.
Meditating on the Red Lotus helps us cultivate love, kindness, empathy, and presence, awakening the heart to the beauty that blooms when spirit and body unite as one.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Guided by Stephanie and Elaine, this ceremonial experience invites you on a journey from the root to the heart, awakening your inner life force energy and guiding it upward in waves of gentle transformation. Together, we will travel through the chakras grounding, softening, expanding until we reach a state of full bloom within.

You will be lovingly encouraged to activate your senses, to move as your body wishes, and to release through embodied releasing anything that no longer serves.

(Movement is always optional, always intuitive.)

Catch me at the next moon gathering serving blue lotus tea around the fire at this magical location .uk Wilderness Wellness by the Lakes in St Neots.

This 3 hour event will include a sound bath, blue lotus tea, silent meditation, breath work, inspirational talks, time for reflection, music and mantra, plus a deliciously healthy meal.

This is an opportunity to harness the energy of the full moon and release what no longer serves us. A chance to connect with like-minded individuals and immerse yourself in nature under the stars.
