My love and heart goes to all those lost in the fear. Really it does. For those with people in the vulnerable categories, for those with anxiety and depression. For all those people I send so much love.

Fear doesn't win, love does. Love your way out of this. Love your vulnerable neighbours and help when you can, love those who are scared and assure them us humans get through anything. Love your family and enjoy any extra time we get to spend to them due to cancellations and potential quarantines.

Meditate, breathe just 10 focused breaths will help, turn off the news.

Be cautious and hygenic but please above anything don't let the fear in. 💚💕🙏

My Magickal Journey

It has been over two years since I began my new journey. It has been a mixture of emotions and a complete whirlwind but it has honestly been the most magickal ride. I have made it my life’s purpose to share all the knowledge I have and to help others to see that they too can change their lives.

I changed the name of my business to Magickal Journey as this life is a journey, we often take care of ourselves when times are hard and then once we start to feel better we stop taking as much care of ourselves. We may be ok for a week, or a month but then life starts to sneak back up on us and we find ourselves back at the place we started. Once we see this as a journey, we can truly put our daily practises in an important light and make huge changes that last.
