A great afternoon speaking at the Order of St John Fellowship in Bedford.

A big thank you to Victor — one of our patients — for the invitation and for bringing this together.

is never actually restful?



Easter rolls around and suddenly life speeds up.

– Family visits
– Long drives
– Kids off school
– DIY jobs you’ve been “meaning to do since January”

And somehow…

👉 More sitting
👉 More lifting
👉 Less routine



Last Easter, we had someone come in on Tuesday morning…

Said they’d done “nothing unusual.”

Turns out “nothing unusual” included:
– 3-hour car journey
– Sleeping in a different bed
– Carrying bags, kids, and a roast dinner
