This is what happens when people dont trust their intuition. Hooked by the celebrity traitors, I didnt watch this show previously. A game of lies and gaslighting, its the ultimate game of deceit vs trust. How far will you go to be true to yourself and your goals. In the end the faithful all knew the truth of who the traitors were but didnt listen to their gut, their inner knowing. At the end of the day, the traitors won because they were faithful to each other. I shouted at the TV and laughed out loud but in the end had admiration for the traitors and Rachels reason for entering the game. The look in the faces of the faithful when they knew they hadnt been faithful to themselves. So interesting and thought provoking to see this game of human nature. We are all psychic with this inner knowing, if we are able to quiet our fears and the need to listen to others. Learning to trust ourselves, our own truth and be true to ourselves is the hardest thing of all for so many of us.

Join me for an amazing weekend of Usui Reiki and receive attunement to both Levels 1 and 2 over 2 days 18th and 19th April 2026.

Anyone can receive attunement to Reiki, regardless of experience, understanding or belief systems. It is a universal, divine energy open to all, for use by all.
The weekend will consist of the following as an outline:-
* Reiki 1 and 2 attunement
* Reiki 1 and the importance of self healing and prioritising self care as a healer of others.
* The self healing hand positions.
* Those present will also be invited to undertake the 21 days of self healing and prioritising self care following our weekend.
* Level 2 attunement and the level 3 symbols.
* Activating the symbols.
* Meditation, chakra work and using the symbols to maintain our energy body or aura.
* Working with others, safety, setting up a safe space physically and energetically.
* Some of the course will be videoed for students to use and download after the weekend. For example the names and how to draw the symbols, the hand positions for healing and anything else which students find helpful.
There will also be relaxing meditations and the opportunity to give and receive treatment swaps.
This weekend is also open to people wanting to receive attunement to Reiki Level 2. The manuals for both levels will be provided electronically before the weekend for you to read which will allow us more time to enjoy the energy and practical teaching.
Attendance on both days is required and investment is £250. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT - Book before 14th February with a £50 deposit and get the weekend for only £200. Coming into a deep connection with the energy of our own heart allows us to use the heart field to release old patterns and beliefs held in our body's cellular memory.

I am a qualified HeartThread practitioner and will guide you gently through the session. A session includes a simple meditation as well as sentences which I will ask you repeat out loud.

No understanding of meditation or other forms of energy is required, HeartThread can help people from all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Some people may benefit from a few sessions to move through layers which maybe present.

These are primarily one to one sessions though are also wonderful in a group meditation setting.
They can be done in person or over zoom.
