We had a wonderful visit to Richmond Manor Care Home today, one of our valued local partners known for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. We were truly impressed by the wide range of resources available to their Clients and the vibrant, activity-packed timetable.

A heartfelt thank you to Sarah for the kind invitation and for introducing us to your dedicated team. We’re excited about the opportunity to work together to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients across both home care and residential care settings.

Happy International Nurses Day! ✨

Today, we celebrate the incredible dedication, compassion, and resilience of nurses around the world. At the heart of our service are our two owners, Kirsty and Jessica, both qualified adult nurses with backgrounds in district and practice nursing. Their clinical expertise and caring approach are at the core of everything we do. It's no surprise that many of our clients and their families choose us as a trusted, nurse-led provider.

We had a great afternoon yesterday with Natalie from Attends Healthcare, learning all about continence and exploring the best ways to support our clients with their continence care at home 💧

A big thank you to Bloom & Care Bedford for inviting our Business Development Manager, Natalie Taylor, to their quarterly meeting. Natalie provided specialist training to 22 staff members — a great opportunity to share knowledge and support confident, informed care. Ongoing training like this plays an important role in ensuring the best outcomes for individuals living with incontinence.

Meet Bloomie, our new office dog! 🐾

Bloomie is a friendly, lifelike Robopet designed to provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support—especially for older adults. We’re excited to be partnering with as part of a trial for our clients.

As part of this trial, we asked our clients and their families if they’d like to have their very own Robopet. For those who’ve loved animals all their lives but can no longer care for a real pet, this is the perfect alternative! Clients had the option to choose a bird, cat, or dog, and so far, they’ve been bringing joy and comfort to many.

These Robopets are becoming trusty companions between our care visits, creating moments of happiness and connection. 🐶🐱🐾
