So the results are in.. After just 9 days! My partner and I have completed the C9. My body feels energised, I'm sleeping better and definitely have more get up and go! I have no urges to go run to the fridge.

Gemma felt better in herself, and has been more focused at work. Getting up in the mornings has not been so much of a struggle as we feel much more rested.

I think my biggest shock was the fact I could eat a single block of chocolate because I found it so sweet. Its actually crazy to think how much we snack.. Facts and figures to follow.
