About Me
I tried various diets over the years but have never managed to stick to one, so that the weight has always gone back on. Then I discovered The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and dropped a dress size in a week. Staying on plan is easy, as it specifies everything you need to do. I have worked out how to maintain my loses within Step 6, and enjoy my life.
I guarantee to give you motivation, encouragement, proper information and on going support.
How to get Started
