So today was my last day massaging at akarmalife Studios ✨🤍

It wasn’t an easy decision to make because of the love & passion I have for healing. However the time is right & feel thankful that I’m able to transfer these skills over to The Harmony Clinic where I can focus more of my time and energy on 💫

I would like to thank all my amazing clients who have shared my journey & have stayed loyal. I have built some absolutely amazing connections along the way & life long friends !
Thank you Olena & Stu for making me feel welcome and part of the team.

Abundance Yoga who is an amazing therapist will be taking over my Thursdays, so please contact Hayley if you would like to be booked in.

Some may say “if you feel at peace with yourself then why should you care what you look like aesthetically ?”

This can be true, as real happiness and contentment starts primarily from within. However, why can’t we want to feel and look our confident best too ?

Holistic Healing By Jo has been my baby for coming up to 5 years, having built a solid & wonderful clientele in the quaint town of Ampthill through the powers of Massage & Reiki.

Today I’ve been back in my happy place at a Karmalife, where again doing something that I absolutely love !

Providing services that empower you to feel & look your confident best is paramount, because my belief is that real beauty is achieved by feeling truly confident in who you are 💪🏼🙏🏼✨🙌🏼

Reflecting on the moments where I felt like I was never good enough !

I am an Independent Nurse Prescriber with a BSc (Hons) degree with credits towards a masters.

After healing myself through the love of mindfulness and meditation I then went on to become a Reiki Master / Massage Therapist so that I could share to the world that alternative therapies actually work ❤️

I am the proud owner of two very successful business that I am extremely passionate about and have traveled across the world independently to strengthen my spiritual growth.

I am extremely grateful to have fallen in love with my best friend and to finally experience what unconditional love & true partnership really feels like.

My main achievement is being a mother to my gorgeous son who continues to inspire me daily !

I am very grateful to have been able to carry on working during lock down, thoroughly enjoying taking part in the vaccination programme.

I have to say I am really missing my Massage & Reiki sessions ! 💗

The combined feeling of letting go both mentally and physically is actually such a wonderful feeling & benefit, not only for my lovely clients but for myself also.

I receive so much from the wonderful energy that is shared and I can’t wait to get my hand on you all again ! ( in the safest way possible of course )

Until we have that power again, where we can help heal ourselves through touch, trust & love stay safe and well and hope to see you all again soon. x x x
