After a successful delivery at Bedfordshire Open Door I’m searching for another four wonderful people to join my next creative CPD event on Saturday the 16th March 24 from 10-3pm.
Please share with your networks and organisations without your help this event won’t be possible 🌅

Evening all, I had the absolute pleasure of delivering my creative CPD session on Saturday 10th Feb for an organisation that I hold close to my heart Bedford Open Door. All the therapist were absolutely incredible and it felt like such a safe space for the therapist to explore the work we do, trust the process, work with the unknown and also been vulnerable when it terrifies us. I’m exhausted and so were they but today was truly an honour and the feedback was so incredible, it was such a privilege to hear how the therapist are going to use their new skills 💜 we laughed, we cried, we smiled but most importantly we held each other 💜

Our 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 (𝗖𝗘𝗡) peer group provides a safe, supportive space for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation and who would benefit from support in a peer group setting.

This service will enable individuals to feel less isolated by sharing their experiences of complex emotional needs and by providing help, advice and encouragement to other members of the group.

The group is for individuals aged 18+ and who live in Milton Keynes.

I was sceptical at first…. But actually we have helped so many people with this new way of thinking, well not completely new way of thinking as we always pull out the stops….. single session thinking is proving to be effective and so powerful given the right skills and tools 💜
