👩‍🏫 School Careers Fair!

🙌 A few weeks ago, I visited Caudwell School for their Year 6 Careers Fair — and what a brilliant day it was!

🗣 I spoke to the students about life as a Sports Therapist, working in football, and gave them a look inside my kit bag (yep, lots more than tape and ice! 🧊⚽)

🙏 It’s always rewarding to share the real side of working in sport — from injury rehab and pitch-side care, to the teamwork that happens behind the scenes.

💭 The students were curious, thoughtful and full of great questions. We may be starting young, but hopefully a few future therapists were inspired! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

⚽ Football pre-season is back!

💪 We’re 2 weeks down and the grind is real.

❄️ Calves are tight, foam rollers are crying, and ice baths are officially a lifestyle! (Any tips on how you’re keeping yours cool in the hot weather is appreciated! 🛁😂

🦵 From mobility work to injury prevention and recovery protocols, we’re laying the foundations now for a strong, resilient season ahead. Proud to support the boys as they push their limits and build momentum!
