πŸ’ͺ Banded Shoulder Warm-Up Routine πŸ’ͺ

❓ Need to freshen up your shoulder warm-up routine? Well, here’s two exercises you can try with just 1 resistance band πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ Banded Passovers
βœ… Grab a resistance band with a wide grip
βœ… Stand tall with arms straight in front of you
βœ… Slowly raise the band overhead and continue moving it behind your body
βœ… Go as far back as comfortable, then reverse the motion to the front
βœ… Move hands narrower to challenge your shoulder mobility further

2️⃣ Banded strict press
βœ… Stand on the middle of a resistance band
βœ… Hold the ends at shoulder height, palms facing forward
βœ… Brace your core and keep your body upright
βœ… Press the band overhead until arms are fully extended
βœ… Lower back down under control

🎯 Aim for 10 reps per exercise and 2-3 sets

🦡 Hip Mobility Routine 🦡

❓ Tight hips? Here’s a simple routine to loosen things up and move better πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ Lunge to half-split
βœ… Flow between a deep lunge and a hamstring stretch to open up hip flexors and lengthen the posterior chain.

2️⃣ Hip 90-90’s
βœ… Build internal & external rotation control. This is key for healthier, stronger hips.

3️⃣ Adductor Open + Thread the Needle
βœ… Target the inner thighs while adding a rotational stretch through the spine.

🎯 Aim for 5–10 reps per side, slow and controlled.

✨ Perfect as a warm-up or recovery flow.
