This week we attended the ExtraCare Wixams Retirement Village Wellbeing Event. It was a pleasure to meet other local businesses and charities supporting the wellbeing of the community, and to talk to residents about how osteopathy can help as we age. This coming week is World Osteopathic Healthcare Week (WOHW). It’s a time for us to spread awareness about osteopathy and the many ways osteopaths can support your wellbeing, and this year’s focus is on Healthy Aging.

✨Growing older doesn’t mean accepting every ache and pain!
