I am delighted to say that I am working alongside the Disability Resource Centre to deliver free workshops for new Carers wanting to develop their skills and knowledge to complete the Care Certificate.

Our workshops are every Tuesday at Marsh Farm Futures in Luton.

TGIF! It’s been a long but rewarding week of training, started off in Cheltenham training brand new Care Assistants and ended the week at Amazon in Dunstable for some first aid fun. Well done everyone 😊.

I’ve had a lovely few days delivering our introduction to social care course.

This is an ideal course for new Carers, enabling them to discover both the rewards and challenges involved in delivering care. A great foundation for building a rewarding career in health and social care and an introduction to all of the subjects required for the care certificate.

Well I’ve been out of action for a few weeks recovering from surgery but I’m back in business as from today 😊. A nice gentle first day back doing an EFAW assessment. Annie is excited for her return (she has her train pass in her mouth ready for a trip to London) 😂.

Two days spent in Wales with HC-One this week, delivering immersive dementia care training. Getting dressed with limited senses & dexterity and learning about impaired communication. What a lovely group and we still had lots of fun 🤩.
