Neurodiversity celebration week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes about neurolgoical differences.
It aims to transform how neurodiversity is perceived by providing an opportunity to recognise the many skills and talents of neurodivergent individuals.

Did you know as well as our amazing DJ club night we also hold live music events? Our next event is this Friday 20th, St Cuthbert's hall, 7-10pm. Tickets are £10 carers free.
We have 3 great bands. Delta Sonic from our very own Performing Arts Centre, Dead Villains who are a local Bedford band and headliners Wrex who are coming all the way from Brighton.

The Living It Up Performing Arts Centre big theatre show is tonight at Quarry Theatre at St Luke's 6.15pm, tickets are available on the door. £7.50, under 14 and carers free.

113 of our fab party people joined us on Friday Night for the Living It Up Events club night!
We made notes again of the times that people went home as part of and here are the results!
It was ace that 41.59% of you all stayed to the end, slightly less than Decembers 52.8%. But we can always blame that rain for this

Lace up for Living It Up! 👟
Want to run the Bedford Running Festival 2026? Join our team and make every mile count!
We are looking for runners to help us hit our goals. All we ask is a minimum fundraising pledge of £100 to help us keep our community hub thriving for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

🎨 A month of art and music supplies for our Performing Arts Centre.
