The one part of my job I have not missed - taking pictures for social media. I am so bad at this bit.

However it’s a picture of me on my mat to say I’m making a slow return to teaching through Jan.
is back 7pm Monday 5th Jan and 5.15pm Weds 7th Jan.

With for carers yoga and relaxation 1.15pm Weds 7th Jan

I’ve reached out to all private clients to get you booked in from w/c 12th Jan please let me know if you haven’t heard from me.
fitness evening yoga class restarts 7pm Tuesday 20th Jan - spaces are limited for this and Chair Yoga will start 11am Friday 6th Feb.

I apologise in advance for being a little rusty we will get through Jan together ❤️

November has seen very little yoga teaching, but a photo of pure relief.

Finally after 5 years of battling with doctors, 2 emergency surgeries and countless a&e visits I had an operation to remove my fibroids.
Because I was gaslit for years by doctors there were 6 (plus additional ovarian cysts) fibroids including a “giant” one at +14cm close to causing organ damage meaning I had to have an open surgery leading to a significant recovery time.
I’m recovering well and I really appreciate all the businesses/schools and individuals I work with for being so supportive and giving me the time and space to recover, it means so much.
I’m hoping to pop into venues over the next couple weeks and already excited to plan for the new year.

For anyone going through long term heath issues and the fight to get help, I know it’s exhausting but don’t give up you deserve help and to be listened to.

The mats and blocks are put away for a few weeks. I am now on summer break until end of July.
I am working a reduced timetable from 28th July through to September.
Mondays 7pm
Tuesdays 7pm .fitness
Wednesdays 5.15pm

It has been an amazing school year, the biggest for our mindfulness project with thank you all for all the support, bookings ❤️

The winter bugs got us in the end of 2024, so new year was a cosy bed and Rivals rather than champagne.
I am so lucky for the life I have and the people who make it.
Teaching yoga brings me so much joy and I’m thankful to everyone that is a part of that.

A half term well spent in nature, back to teaching Monday. Start of new classes at Inclusion Fitness. Starting with a hybrid class on Mondays 1pm, a slower paced class on both mat and chair, with the option to complete whole class on chair. Also suitable for wheelchair users.

The end of a busy half-term, I am not teaching next week with the exception of 7pm Monday night at Chalgrave Hall (new members and beginners always welcome)
