Day 3 of my 7-Day Experiment: 20 Minutes Stronger
Today, I opted tor a Pilates session that was gentle and calm. After a rough night's sleep, I chose grace over intensity - because strength isn't just pushing harder, it's also about tuning into your body and what it needs.
