Sports Therapy and massage, Injury Rehabilitation,
Personal trainer, Strength performance coach I am a fully qualified Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage. I am the only RockDoc certified therapist in the Bedford area with advance qualification in Kinesiology taping for the Athlete, Functional Movement Taping and Joints taping/strapping using RockTape and TigerTape. I also hold the IASTM certification using a RockBlades. I am a member of both the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the Sports Massage Association (SMA), and fully qualified Advance First Aider. Sports and Remedial Massage will be tailored to your individual needs and can help to:
- rehabilitate injuries and encourage recovery
- reduce aches and pains
- release muscle tension
- support your training program and enhance performance
- aid recovery post exertion
- prevent injuries and loss of mobility
