Role Description
This is a part-time, onsite/hybrid role for a Physiotherapist located around Bedford, England. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, or aging. Daily tasks include developing tailored treatment plans, performing manual therapy techniques, and educating patients on interventions and preventative measures. The Physiotherapist will also maintain patient records, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and participate in continued professional development. The job holder will also need to visit Care homes and residential units to carry out the role as occasion demands.
Qualifications
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical difficulties
• Experience in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
• Proficiency in performing manual therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate patients on interventions and preventive measures
• Excellent record-keeping and administrative skills
• Collaborative mindset for working with other healthcare professionals
• Commitment to continued professional development
• Degree in Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus
2+ years of experience in physiotherapy
Must be located within a commutable distance to Bedford, such as Milton Keynes, Luton, Northampton, Cambridge, etc.
