Well, I have an extra surprise up my sleeve!!

I absolutely love reading books. Always have and I'm sure I always will.

And, last year I managed to achieve a life-long dream of becoming a published author (twice, no less!) when I contributed to a couple of multi-author collaborations, where 30 entrepreneurs divulge the secrets of their successes. My chapter shares my journey from the pain and struggles of dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and Fibromyalgia whilst running a couple of businesses as a single parent...to finding my passion and purpose - which now enables me to help others do the same.

So, what a lovely surprise when I got back from my recent holiday to find my prize of a signed copy of Mo Gawdat and Alice Law's book 'Unstressable' waiting for me!

And even more timely that it's tomorrow!

So, to mark these auspicious occasions and to pay the book-loving kindness forward, I wanted to give away a free, signed copy of my book "Entrepreneur Secrets". I know I'm no Mo Gawdet (yet😂) but the 100s of tips and stories shared inside are priceless for anyone going through the rollercoaster that is the life of the entrepreneur...whilst juggling all the other roles and responsibilities you fulfill!

This will only come to pass when we as a species believe it will.

Yes I know… not everyone will, but it doesn’t have to be everyone. It really doesn’t even have to be a majority, because the power of inspiration and gratitude and love… far, far exceeds that of hate, anger and selfishness.

Life can throw us some huge curveballs at times. And when those affect our health, they can go on to impact other aspects of our lives too, especially if in a chronic condition.

That's why it can be critical to not only treat the symptoms that present themselves, but to get to the cause of the issue; something that powerful energy healing can do.

I've always been fascinated by the mind and am an eternal student of it, to understand how we can tap into its phenomenal powers and unleash our own potential.

I heard a fact today that I love!!

When colour TVs were introduced, reports of dreams going from black & white to colour also began happening!

The connection between not only our awake and asleep states, our conscious, subconscious and unconscious minds, but also our internal and external environments are so intrinsic and powerful that we need to be more consciously aware of their influences on eachother in order to curate the outcomes for ourselves.

To harness that power in ways that serve us.

Understanding and mastering this is is one of the many facets of my work with clients...and I absolutely love seeing how it positively impacts them ❤️
