Spring doesn’t arrive all at once!!
It unfolds gradually, through the small (almost unnoticeable) shifts… a little more light, warmth, life each day.
Yoga works in the same way🌷
Progress isn’t created in one deep stretch or one good class, but through consistent, steady practice over time. This is known in yoga as abhyasa ~ the commitment to return, again and again.
A simple practice for today:
move and breathe without rushing the outcome. Notice what feels slightly more open than it did before, even if it’s subtle.
That’s the practice working.
