Winter isn’t asking us to sprint forward.
It’s asking us to soften, to listen, to renew.
To spend a little more time inward while the light returns slowly, naturally.

Growth doesn’t need to be forced. Momentum builds when we honour the season we’re in.

🕯 Monday evenings
Becky’s Yin Yoga is moving slightly earlier - now 7:15pm.
Perfect if you’d like to double up and turn your Monday night into a mini retreat 🌙

🌞 Thursday mornings
From 15th January, Becky will be guiding Rise & Flow, offering a little more variety for our morning yogis to explore and enjoy.
