Spring doesn’t arrive all at once!!
It unfolds gradually, through the small (almost unnoticeable) shifts… a little more light, warmth, life each day.

Yoga works in the same way🌷

Progress isn’t created in one deep stretch or one good class, but through consistent, steady practice over time. This is known in yoga as abhyasa ~ the commitment to return, again and again.

A simple practice for today:
move and breathe without rushing the outcome. Notice what feels slightly more open than it did before, even if it’s subtle.

That’s the practice working.

would you agree morning practice compared to evening practice can feel so different? 🌿

neither better or worse, but I feel they can meet you in completely different ways!

your yoga practice has the power to energise, or soften you.
it can ground you, clear your mind, help you reflect, strengthen your body, connect spiritually, build discipline…

and a lot of that comes down to your intention/purpose for practicing..
but also perhaps WHEN / WHAT TIME you show up to the mat?

traditionally, yoga was often practiced around sunrise and sunset
(known as sandhya ~ the transition points of the day) when the mind is a little quieter and the energy is naturally shifting.

morning practice can feel like a big inhale, like stepping into something new. clearer mind, fresh energy, & a sense of “I’ve got this” before the day even begins.

evening practice can feel so different. more like a cathartic exhale. a way to land, process, let go of everything you’ve been carrying.

both are powerful in their own way, it just depends what you need.

lately I’ve been leaning into mornings…
and it’s been making me feel more alive, more capable and steady in myself 🤍

Our Pilates for Living class is a focused 45-minute practice designed to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more at home in your body.

Whether you’re complementing your yoga practice or simply wanting to build strength in a mindful way, Pilates is a beautiful place to begin.

To make it easier to stay consistent, we’ve introduced a Pilates 5 Class Pack so you can build a regular strength practice.

Watching this space and this community expand over the last year has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Truly.

There were many times I was told the life I’m living now wasn’t possible…
You can’t go full-time with yoga. You’ll burn out. You’ll fall out of love with the practice. It’s too hard to make a living from just yoga.

And to be fair, sometimes that can be true. But for a long time those beliefs limited me more than they supported me… until one day they didn’t anymore.

I decided to go all in with Buddhas, with yoga, with what feels like my soul’s purpose. And wow… what a blessing it has been.

The community that exists inside these walls is something really special. The most kind-hearted, genuine, beautiful humans. Lately the feedback I’ve been receiving about how this space feels has honestly filled my heart. Hearing that the studio feels like a second home, a big exhale, somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are and be fully yourself… that is everything I ever hoped this place would be.

Feeling deeply grateful for all of you, for this beautiful space, and for boss man for giving us the foundation that allows this sanctuary to exist.

Thank you yogis. I love ya 🤍
