Experience is welcomed and valued but not essential, we are confident that our training program along with our in-house trainer and professional group of staff will teach you everything you need to become a successful care professional.
Being a carer require skills such as kindness, empathy and the ability to listen. You will hear a lifetime’s worth of stories. You will need to bring tons of patience and a good sense of humour. Caring for others can be a challenging job but the rewards are endless. For some clients you will be the person they look forward to seeing the most all week. The clients value their time with you and we want our staff to make sure that every minute counts. If it is to help them get out of bed in the morning, to sit down for a cup of tea or take a walk down the local park, having you there will enable them to live independently in their own home.
