Let's talk self-care…

We're all guilty of putting others first and forgetting about ourselves.
I'm guilty of it too - I'm always on the move, whether that's at the gym, coaching, or parenting.
But I've realised that self-care isn't just about doing something active, it's about giving myself time to breathe.

I prioritise time each week to sit, read, and relax.

It's not selfish, it's necessary.

You don’t need more workouts - you need smarter ones.

Here are 3 small tweaks that make a big difference:

1️⃣ Prioritise compound lifts (they burn more & build more)

2️⃣ Track your protein intake (aim for 0.8–1g per lb body weight)

3️⃣ Sleep 7–9 hours (your muscles grow when you rest!)

We had an amazing time tonight with at ! The way Dan connected with the kids and the whole audience was incredible. I've never seen the little ones laugh and join in so much. I'm pretty sure I'll be feeling the effects of all that laughter tomorrow... sore abs, here I come! 😆
