people see the physical transformation…but the biggest change was the person i became through it.

there was a time i lacked confidence, doubted myself constantly, and felt stuck in habits that were holding me back. fitness changed that for me.

it taught me discipline.
it taught me consistency.
but most importantly, it taught me how to believe in myself again.

that’s the reason i’m so passionate about helping others now, because i know how life-changing this journey can be, mentally and physically.

On holiday, fully relaxed, fully present and still making time for me ☀️💪

Not training out of guilt.
Not trying to ‘earn’ food or punish myself.
Just moving my body because it makes me feel strong, clear-minded and energised.

Balance isn’t all or nothing anymore.
It’s enjoying the holiday, resting properly, and still doing the things that make me feel my best!

You know what a lot of single m**s secretly miss?

Feeling confident.
Feeling attractive.
Feeling like themselves again.

Not because they want perfection.
Not because they’re trying to look like they did at 21.

But because somewhere between survival mode, stress, work, bills, school runs, and taking care of everyone else…
they stopped feeling connected to themselves.

And the hardest part?
Most m**s don’t even have TIME to focus on themselves without feeling guilty for it.

So they keep waiting.
Waiting for life to calm down.
Waiting for more energy.
Waiting for the “right time.”

But confidence is rebuilt in the small moments. 💙

A walk.
A workout.
Choosing yourself again.
Keeping promises to yourself again.

Because this journey is not just about losing weight.
It’s about becoming HER again. ✨

But taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.
Rest. Move your body. Protect your energy. Fill your own cup too.

they’re just completely overwhelmed trying to survive life while carrying everything alone.

The pressure to be a good mam.
To work.
To keep the house together.
To stay strong for everyone else.

And somehow still have the energy to “bounce back.”

It’s exhausting.

That’s why your journey should never be about punishing yourself into becoming smaller.

It should be about rebuilding:
✨ your confidence
✨ your energy
✨ your routines
✨ your relationship with yourself

Far too many games of Snap 🃏

Finally got the right diagnosis for my knee after 6 months of pain 🙌
Physio done ✅
Bootcamps smashed ✅
Made time for myself with a sports massage and a well deserved pint with a mate 🍺

Took the kids to the pub as a little treat… so of course I needed another pint too 👀🍺 whoops

Spin class ticked off 🚴
Morning invasions from the kids climbing into my bed with Uni & Raffey 🧸😂

Finished the week celebrating my daughter turning 5 🥳
And the highlight for her… Rumi making her birthday party extra special ❤️

Now officially in holiday mode 😎
Roll on Bulgaria for 2 weeks 🇧🇬☀️

So many single m**s are trying to lose weight from a place of self-hate instead of self-care.

They look in the mirror and only see what they want to change.
The weight gained from stress.
The exhaustion in their face.
The confidence they used to have.

But your body is not the enemy.

Your body carried you through survival mode.
Through sleepless nights.
Through heartbreak.
Through pressure.
Through doing everything alone.

You do not need to punish yourself into transformation.

You deserve a routine that supports you, not one that burns you out even more. 💙

Because real progress is not built through guilt.
It’s built through small choices repeated consistently.
