Had quite a few people in recently with shoulder and back pain/chronic injuries. It’s always worth taking preventative measures and working on core strength and posture before things deteriorate. Mental health is vital too at the moment, particularly after the last year of uncertainty. Let me know if you think you need a check-up. I still have some availability for tomorrow afternoon/early evening.

Last minute treatment yesterday with Manuel Pelaez-Heras before lockdown! 12 needles and no flinching 💪 We’ll be back after lockdown.
