If you're feeling nervous about how it all works, here's a quick rundown of what happens when you book:

๐Ÿ“… Step 1: Booking
Send a Facebook message, text or email with your name, and a bit about why you'd like an appointment ie an injury, fancy a relax or something that's been a pain for years! We'll talk about if I can help or not, then get you booked for a time and day that suits us both

๐Ÿค Step 2: Your Appointment
I will send a health questionnaire prior to your appointment for you to complete and send back. We'll use the first part of the appointment to talk about that, and make sure we take the right approach. Iโ€™ll make sure you feel comfortable, listened to, and fully supported throughout

๐Ÿ“ Step 3: Follow-Up
We'll both decide if follow-ups are needed, and if there's exercises you can do to help, and book as necessary

Friendly, supportive, and tailored to you โ€“ thatโ€™s the aim.

From 16th July to 13th August, Iโ€™ll be living the dream Down Under, following the British & Irish Lions tour and exploring Australia, which means Iโ€™ll be off the grid (or at least off my messages)! ๐Ÿ“ต

I would always recommend working in some stretching and mobility into your daily routines, even if it's only 15 minutes! You don't have to be super flexible or bendy, or even be able to touch your toes (I definitely can't! ๐Ÿคฃ), but you will definitely benefit from prioritising a good stretch ๐Ÿซถ

I recommend Yoga With Adriene as my go-to...it's super simple to pick up, and the routines are as short or long as you have time for โฐ

Give it a go, try 15 minutes, 3 times a week, and let me know how you get on!
