✨ Chance to Win ✨
Not sure what you need?
I offer a session where we take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your wellbeing:
• your sleep
• your stress
• your lifestyle
• what’s actually going on for you
It’s a structured session where you leave with more clarity and a plan that actually feels doable.
It’s for those moments when you’re thinking…
“I know something needs to change, but I don’t know where to start.”
It’s something I’ve trained in and used within my work for years, but I haven’t really offered it as its own session before.
And I feel like now is the time to change that.
This is officially called an Integrative Health Assessment, but I think a simpler name might be better…

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the idea that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs and systems in the body.
BENEFITS
✨relieves stress
✨supports sleep and relaxation
✨can relieve pain
"Saturday morning meditation has a peaceful tone to it. It allows me to wind down after a hectic week, while also feeling ready to take on the week ahead.”
That’s exactly what these sessions are.
A chance to close off the week that’s been… and gently prepare for what’s ahead.
We begin by settling the body and mind, then move into a guided meditation to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
There are 3 spaces remaining for next Saturday’s first April session.
Sometimes people come to me knowing exactly what they’d like to book…
And sometimes they’re not quite sure where to start.
Both are completely okay 💜
Over the years, my work has been shaped by further training in integrative healthcare, giving me tools to look at your wellbeing as a whole.
So alongside treatments like reflexology, massage, and facial therapies…
I also support you in looking at the bigger picture of what’s going on for you.
✨ How you’re sleeping
✨ What your stress levels are like
✨ What your body might be holding onto
✨ What support would actually feel helpful right now
Because often, the body tells a deeper story than just “tight shoulders” or “feeling tired”.
And when we take a moment to pause and listen…
that’s where real shifts can begin.
Some people still prefer to choose a treatment and simply relax.
Others like a bit more guidance and support.
There’s space for both here.
You are always the expert of your own health.
I’m here to support you, in whatever way feels right for you 💜

Hiya, I’m Gill 💜
🌱 Lover of nature, lighter days, and those little 10-minute resets outside that bring me back to myself
🤓 Bookworm
☕️ Coffee first… always 🤣
I’m also mum to a teenager (how did that happen 😳) and I split my week between my HSCP role and Purple Poppy Wellness — a space I’ve now had at The Cross for almost a year!
💜 I want you to know this… you are the expert of your own life.
I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to support you. Whether that’s through therapies, mindfulness, or simply giving you space to pause.
💜 I’m seeing so many women overgiving right now… doing everything for everyone else and leaving nothing for themselves.
Not knowing where to start with boundaries.
Feeling like self-care is selfish.
I am so here for all of that.
💜 My approach is rooted in nature — because nothing blooms all year round, and neither should we.
It’s about simplifying wellbeing and taking things one step at a time.
✨ “I felt totally at ease and like I’d really invested a much needed hour in myself.”
If that’s what you need… come find me 😊✨

So far this year has been full of learning and new experiences. I started the year by undertaking a variety of tech courses to help me to be more visible and to provide you with interesting and relevant content. From Pinterest and Instagram to building my own website, pushing this technophobe outside of her comfort zone!
In March I completed further training in Natural Lift Facial Massage. What a treatment that is! I don’t think I have ever had as many people fall asleep during their treatments as they do with this one!
A big part of my role is to help my customers to develop their ability to deal with stress and anxiety. Having experienced periods of both anxiety and depression I am keen to help others however I can. Having always been camera shy and quite a private person, this year I decided that it was time to get over myself! It’s very difficult to help people if you are shying away isn’t it. So I put on my big girl pants and starting doing group Mindfulness events, alongside a very talented Yoga instructor (aka Calm Sundays). This led us to hold a fabulous weekend retreat on Arran, a whole weekend of Yoga and Mindfulness that received brilliant feedback and saw a lot of happy and chilled out faces getting back on that ferry to Ardrossan.
I have also continued down my own path with Mindfulness training and I hope that this will one day lead me to a qualification in Mindfulness for Young People. Having spent the majority of my adult life working with teenagers, Mindfulness is a skill that I am really keen to share with them.
Getting involved in Mental Health Awareness week and posting about this years topic “Be Body Kind” raised a lot of interesting points for me. Initially in the feelings that were thrown up when you stand in front of a screen and hit the record button but more importantly in the conversations that occurred off the back of those videos. Body image really is such a massive issue, that affects everyone. That connection to other people, that acknowledgement that we all have our own issues to deal with, I thought that was a really powerful thing.
Roll forward to August and I have an amazing opportunity to collaborate with a brilliant Psychotherapist to bring you a course of workshops (Body Kind), that will combine Mindfulness with Therapy Techniques to enable you to take an honest look at the things that are holding you back from being the person that you really want to be. To dismantle that negative body image and be left with something more positive, the ability to acknowledge how unique and wonderful you really are.... I cannot wait until September to get started with this.
What does the rest of 2019 have in store? More learning, more development and more collaborating with talented people...and of course planning ahead for 2020 retreats.
