Our Activities Coordinator ensures that there is a wealth of things happening at Highfield each week, giving you the opportunity to spend time doing the things you love the most, as well as finding new things to enjoy. We pride ourselves on offering excellent care in a wonderfully homely and welcoming environment, and we would love you to come and experience Highfield for yourself. Today we will be joining the world in paying our respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

For many of us, particularly our residents, HM Queen Elizabeth II was a constant figure in our lives and a shining example of grace, dignity and decorum. Together, we thank her for her incredible service and dedication to this country.

Our teams will be working hard to enable our residents to participate in today’s events and will be supporting them through this extremely sad moment in history. Our thoughts remain with the Royal Family at this difficult time.

The staff and residents of Highfield are deeply saddened by the news of the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth. For all of us, Her Majesty was the embodiment of what made the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth so great; dignity, public duty, and self-sacrifice. Our thoughts are with the Royal family.
