🌟 MEET THE TEAM 🌟

It's nearly been 6 months since we opened our doors! We thought it was only right to give you a glimpse of the person behind it all!
Sinead is a highly experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, with nearly a decade of experience, which includes NHS, Olympic & Paralympic sport and private practice. She has spent the last 5 years working at the English Institute of Sport and has just moved home to take up a post at the Sport Northern Ireland Sports Institute.
Being an ex-athlete herself, Sinead completely understands the frustrations of not being able to compete or train for your sport or hobby.

Sinead is passionate about exercise rehabilitation, empowering clients and loves every sport under the sun!

Sinead wants to thank everyone for all of their support so far and looks forward to seeing you all soon!

We’re particularly pleased to welcome Sinead Chambers from Regain Physio who will be holding a practical workshop on back pain for home and office workers. Sinead is a highly experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who has been working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes for the last 6 years.

As a former Commonwealth Games athlete herself, Sinead understands the physical demands of both training and day-to-day life, and therefore can help with that 'ni**le' that won't go away or improving your performance.
