This week I started a new position within the Mental Health Recovery Team.

A new chapter, a new challenge — and an opportunity to support individuals navigating some of the most complex and human parts of life.

With 22 years local and international experience in safeguarding, trauma, forensics and leadership, stepping into a dedicated recovery-focused service at the hospital feels aligned with everything I value:

•human rights
• compassionate practice

I’m grateful for the warm welcome and excited to contribute to a team committed to improving outcomes, building resilience and supporting recovery in a meaningful, person-centred way.
