Mind Mapping Techniques:
ONE OF THE BEST THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO IN YOUR LIFE IS TO TAKE PEN AND PAPER TO BE ABLE TO CATCH THE THOUGHTS, BELIVES, IDEAS AND INFORMATIONS AND PUT THEM DOWN IN PAPER, captured this idea and write them down in the paper so you can see them in the future, so you can put them and keep them in a journal.
It’s highly recommended for you to keep a journal and whatever you do on your day-by-day basis to keep in a journal and you highlighted every day, catch the beliefs and ideas and thoughts they are there.
what is going to happen? is that you are going to accumulate the amount of knowledge, the thoughts and idea that nobody is going to help you with more than yourself, it’s also going to help you to review your life through those papers and journals you keep, it a prove for you that shows you how you’re grown up, how are you mature, sometimes you don’t notice that the amount of improvement, changes you’ve made in your life because you are so close to your thoughts and you don’t give a space for them to grow up or to notice them, so write them down in a paper that’s give you the chance to observe them to see them and to be able to notice them, so it’s going to be hard for you to see how much you are growing ,it’s going to give you the idea of what type of thoughts and beliefs and goals you have in the past, how much you come far with it and you begin to see the evolution of those thoughts and beliefs, also it’s going to give you the value of life force living, it is a gift to give to your children, it’s going to help you to give the experience that you had in the past to your children, give you the understanding and the meaning of how you were in some times in the past when you have children, get to understand the same stage and time they are growing, it’s also helping you to learn lessons from it and how many mistakes you have done in your life and how much you learn from it, teach you also how to share the feelings because there is a lot of times that you have ideas and you don’t know how to share it, how to contribute it, how to convey it to others, so keeping a journal, keeping the records of your thoughts, beliefs, ideas and information you have in your mind is going to help you to teach you how to contribute moment, thoughts and beliefs to people, it’s going to help you to raise the awareness and insight of your emotions and feelings in those times that you are not aware of your mental state, your emotion state, your feelings State, you can be mad or sad and you’re not aware of that, you can be suffer and you cannot be aware of that, you can be happy and you’re not aware of that, so that is going to be your way how to learn the way to experience your feelings and be able to share it with people around you it’s also teach you how to deal with your feelings your mental and emotional state that you are in Mind Mapping is useful technique that support learning improves in the information recording shows how different facts and ideas are related and enhance creative problem-solving.
Mind mapping is best known as a brainstorming exercise you start with central topic surrounded by a bubble then expand your ideas by adding additional bubbles that are each connected together which lines to create relationships but mind mapping is useful for much more than just brainstorming.
Mind mapping is one of the simplest and most effective users for mind maps is to use them to create summarise for books audiobooks or any other sort of multimedia courses the process of writing down the main point of the book also helps solidify your own understanding of it. So instead of making decisions on based of false information it’s going to help you to process to understand to be able to feedback to this thoughts and believes in a way that is more clear and get more insightful, this technique would teach you how to get it out, and once you get it out you’ll realise that was it wrong or right?, when you get starts was right or wrong, so this is happened when you are really clear when you get it out when you write it down when you see it and not to sit and make the clarity of the meaning of your information is that you brain is restoring in your mind.
Helping you to note the quality of the relationships is related to the quality of communication and the quality of your life, entire life related to the quality of your relationships and how you communicate with the value of yourself is the quality of how you communicate with yourself. For example, how you feel is not based on the environment or the reality, the states of your feelings or how you feel it is based on the quality of the communication you have with yourself for example when you ask yourself questions when I am going to have money or when I am going to get a good relationship when I am going to get a good job or when you are worrying or catastrophising the future.
All people who are suffering, they are suffering because of the way they are looking at the environment and not because of the reality is, we can find a lot of people may have everything, money, luxury, fashion, children, wives or husband, everything from a lot of people’s point of you, but they are still suffering they don’t feel happiness, why? is because from their point of view, from their own perspectives what they are getting is not enough, and what they did they shouldn’t do it ….. et, so most people are suffering because they are very much focusing on themselves, they cannot get out of themselves, they are always focusing on themselves, implementing “Me” every think about “Me” that’s what make them suffer because they will never ever get satisfaction or that fulfilment in themselves. So instead of focusing on “Do more” “share more” “how am i going to contribute to do more” “how to do a better job for others” “how to help others better” or “improving customer services” or “better communication with people” “helping other people” “improving relationship with other people like family, partners, friends, colleague…et.
So, people are suffering because they are very much worrying about the future, how s the scar collapse disaster is going to happen future is dark suffering can be worrying can be very stressful can be frustrated can be anger.
So, people can and stop suffering by not focusing on themselves but focusing on other aspects of life like you partner, you work, your relationships, your colleague’s other people and humanity in general, that way you can end the suffer because the nature of the human mind is to comparing things, your brain is not designed to make you happy, your brain design to make you survive and to be survive is too worried about things, about future about others.
So, Mind Mapping is a diagram used to represent words and ideas linked to and arranged read around a central keyword of idea, it’s used to generate, visualise, structure, classify ideas, as an aid in study, organising, problem-solving and decision-making.
