2020 was the year, I transformed my life.
Stepping away from Coercive abuse, I choose me.

I had lost myself, HOW DID I GET HERE?

I’d lost myself, my voice
I’d isolated myself out of shame
I’d sabotaged my business out of people pleasing
I distanced myself from family, because they’d see it
I’d lost friendships
I’d lost faith in myself
I’d lost connection with, I truly was.

The light within me was dimmed.
My eyes told the story without me having to speak.

BUT I made that choice no more.

I had nothing to be ashamed of.
I let go of their CONTROL over me
I woke up and told myself NO MORE
I found my strength
I found my voice
I took the steps day by day
I reclaimed my power
I let go of their lies

I deserved more and I was going to be the one to make it happen.

I was in CONTROL of my future and my past wasn’t going to hold me back

Empowered Souls is a SISTERHOOD , where women come to feel safe regardless of their story.

We all have challenges in life.
I hold space free of judgement. A space to be you and tell your story, whatever it might be.

✨If you want your life to change then you need to change.

Challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone.

You won’t get out of your life what you want, if you STOP yourself from doing things that will enable you to achieve them.

In a week, I’ve made a lot of changes.
I’ve said yes to things without hesitation
I went to events on my own.
I reached to people for support
I allows myself to be vulnerable

My old self wouldn’t have let me do any of these things.

I changed, so my life changed too!
