Thanks all who joined me for another lovely yoga coffee and cake in Seaforde. Today we practiced outside with the sun on our skin and our toes in the grass overlooking the mournes it was glorious!! Looking forward to afew more outdoors events over the next month ! 😍

Just reminiscing about the amazing day retreat at the weekend , didn’t take many pictures to capture what a wonderful day it was but it was such an amazing varied day of outdoor yoga overlooking the Mournes, delicious home cooked breads, soups and brownies followed by afternoon restorative yoga in the barn and not a rain drop all day until one hit my forehead as I got into my car to drive home 😂🤩 ! can’t wait until the next one - thanks for much for all who shared the day with me 😍😍

View on my run last night , really thought I’d been whisked away to a tropical island.

They say the mind gives up before the body, this time The reluctance of my body was outshone by the mind which just kept saying this is beautiful on repeat and so I kept going lol
