Pause whatever you’re doing and roll your shoulders slowly backwards three times, then forwards three times. Let your jaw unclench and allow your tongue to rest gently in your mouth rather than pressed against your teeth.

It takes less than a minute, but small changes in posture can shift how the rest of the day feels.
