Based on his studies in the 1890’s, researcher Nikola Tesla said, "If we could eliminate certain outside frequencies that interfered in our bodies, we would have greater resistance toward disease.”

It's been found that "a healthy body, from head to toe, typically has a frequency ranging from 62 to 78 Hz, while disease begins at 58 Hz." Pathogens have a low frequency. Pollutants - both particulate and radiation (EMF) - lower a healthy frequency. Also, processed foods contain low frequencies while fresh foods contain high frequencies that both affect our vibrational health.

Thoughts and feelings have a vibratory quality themselves. A negative mental state of anger, fear, lust, and greed can lower a person's frequency and inch toward the disease state. A positive mental state of love, compassion, humility, and gratitude can help raise our body's frequency.

So Tesla was right about "outside (and inside) frequencies DO affect or interfere with our health.
