YCBG RE-STOCKED! ๐ฅณ
If you have never heard of CBG before, please have a read below for more information...
CBG is often referred to as 'The Mother of Cannabinoids' as it is the pre cursor to all other Cannabinoids produced in the cannabis plant, including but not limited to both THC and CBD.
It is important to acknowledge first of all that us humans also produce our own naturally occurring cannabinoids, one of which is known as Anandamide. Anandamide is considered a natural anti-inflammatory, as well as acting as a neurotransmitter in our brains to affect our mood, memory or appetite, and it also plays a vital role in the early stages of female pregnancy as it produced in higher levels at this stage of pregnancy to assist with attaching the the embryo to the uterus.
Where does CBG come into play?
So we now know that CBG and THC are cannabinoids produced by the Cannabis plant, and that Anandamide is a cannabinoid produced naturally in the human body.
However, what is interesting is that all three of these Cannabinoids, (when consumed for the first two) act on the same CB1 receptors which are located in our brains and in our central nervous system, yet they all have differing effects on us.
While studies show that heavy THC consumption is directly linked to slowing down the natural production our bodies super Cannabinoid 'Anandamide', and furthermore long term use or abuse of THC can even severely reduce the production of Anandamide to the point where users may experience high and frequent levels of anxiety, stress or depression, as well as also posing a danger to females who are trying to conceive, but there is still hope yet!
Although studies are limited at present, unlike THC, CBG has shown great potential to have the opposite effect and may even increase our bodies natural production of Anandamide when consumed.
This leads scientists to believe that CBG could be extremely beneficial in helping to relieve or reverse common side effects of THC abuse/misuse, and furthermore has the potential to help female fertility through the increased levels of Anandamide as a result of its consumption.
