It's Friday which means Mens Minds Matter NI is back with a little difference this evening.

Our group will split tonight with some off the guys heading to crazy pool at ScrapYard Golf thanks to East Belfast Community Development Agency for arranging this evenings programme.

The centre will remain open as normal with all our usual activities including pool and darts with some Arts&crafts for anyone wishing to come along and and have some crac!!

With a light supper for all.

We have added our groups itinerary for the month off May for anyone that would like to come along and join us for any of our programmes.

Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.
Please feel free to drop in as we continue our amazing journey.

Tonight we will be having some great activities in the centre, botcha, pool competition. And darts competition. Also we will have live football on the television.
Finally finishing off our evening with a hot supper for all.

Why not drop in and have a chat and a cuppa with some off our amazing guys.

Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

Please feel free to drop in for a cuppa and enjoy some great company with a great bunch off guys.

This evening activities will include Arts&crafts, pool,darts and maybe a game of badminton 🏸.

Also we will have premier league football⚽️ and the ryder cup🏌‍♂️⛳️on the telly.

Ending our evening with a supper for all.🤤🍽.

It's Friday 😊which means Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

Also this evening our group will also be attending East Belfast Health & Wellbeing Men’s Pool League presentation evening.

Over the past few months all the mens groups throughout east belfast have been coming together for 1 night per month with one aim,
Breaking the stigma surrounding mens mental health.

Also we will have all our normal activities in Tullycarnet community centre this evening including a Botcha competition along with pool and live sports on the telly.

Well it's Friday which means Mens Minds Matter NI is back this evening.

Tonight we will have a change off venue as we make the short trip to Dundonald International Ice Bowl for some Ten-pin bowling, thanks to our friends at Charter for NI for sponsoring our night out👏👏👏,💜

We will not have any activities in the centre this evening.

If you would like to join for some Bowling please feel free to drop us a message and come along and enjoy an evening out with our group.

It's Friday which means Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

This evening on our itinerary we will be having an Arts&crafts night with numerous activities including making bird boxes landscape painting also airfix modeling, a little something for all abilities.😊

Also we will have all our normal activities including pool and darts.

Finishing off the evening with a hot supper prepared by our very own master chef's 😋

Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening with a little difference,
Tonight our guys will be having a night out at The Lost City Apocalypse Adventure Golf Belfast. Thanks to East Belfast Community Development Agency and jim Bailey.⛳️for there help and facilitating thos evenings activity.
Also thank you to our friends at Tullycarnet Grace Baptist Church for the transport to get all the guys to the odyssey 👏👏.
The centre will remain open with all our usual activities for all the guys that wish to stay in the centre with pool darts and live sports,Please feel free to drop in for a cuppa and a chat with some of our members with a light supper ☕️☕️.

Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.
Please feel free to come along and join us as we continue our amazing journey, this evening we will be bringing back an old favourite game of BOTCHA 😊
Whilst we also finishing off our Arts&crafts project 🤗.
We will also have all our normal activities including pool and darts,with premiere league football on the T.V.⚽️⚽️.
Finishing off our evening with a good hardy hot supper of home made stew 😋😋
