When we have been bereaved, it can feel lonely and like no one really knows what to say or how to help. 🗣️💬

That’s why runs a monthly bereavement café on the first Wednesday of every month, for anyone who has been bereaved. Why not come along tonight to The Old School House Cafe to find out more. 💜

🎥 Or you can watch our video as Peter tells us about his experiences of being bereaved and how talking about it at our Bereavement Café has helped him process his grief and make connections with others who can understand.

If you have recently lost a loved one, you may wish to come along to tomorrow’s (Wednesday 6th May) Bereavement Café session, which is part of our activities. ☕

Our monthly drop-in Bereavement Café service aims to connect local people experiencing grief in a safe space to talk openly about the pain of loss. 🗣️

The informal sessions take place in the Old School House Café, Somerton Road, Belfast on the first Wednesday of each month, from 6pm to 7.30pm. 💜

No appointment is needed, simply drop in. Everyone is welcome, including those who have not previously been involved with NI Hospice. 🤗

It can be as simple as:
💜 Hosting a Purple Day at work

🌈 Bringing your community together

Every little bit you do helps create special moments for families who need them most.
