💔💔 Today we pause to remember the nine innocent souls who lost their lives in the Shankill bomb on this day, 32 years ago. Their lives were taken in a moment of senseless violence, but their memory lives on in the hearts of all who cherish peace and compassion over hatred💔💔

🌿 World Mental Health Day 2025 🌿
Theme: “Mental health is a universal human right.”

Today is a global reminder that our mental health deserves just as much care, attention, and compassion as our physical health. 🌍🧠

Mental health challenges can touch anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. Anxiety, depression, burnout or grief, they don’t discriminate. But the more we talk about them, the less power stigma holds. 💬

💚 Here’s your gentle reminder today:
• It’s okay to not be okay.
• Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
• Taking a break isn’t lazy, it’s necessary.
• Healing isn’t linear. Some days will be harder than others, and that’s perfectly human.

Let’s commit to being kinder to ourselves and to others. Reach out, listen without judgment, and create safe spaces for honest conversations. You never know who might need that small act of care. 🌸

✨ Try this today:
• Pause and take three deep breaths.
• Send a message to someone you haven’t checked in on lately.
• Do one small thing that nourishes your mind, a walk, a stretch, journaling, or simply resting.

Together, we can help build a world where mental health is not an afterthought, but a shared priority. 🌎💚
